A dedicated ultra runner, Balwinder has completed the grueling Khardung La Challenge, a 72 km high-altitude run in Ladakh—one of the toughest in the world.

Mehak began her journey in the fitness world in 2016, transitioning from a successful career as a software engineer to pursue her true passion—empowering people through health and movement. With a strong foundation in strength training and running, she has coached hundreds of individuals to achieve incredible milestones, including completing half marathons, full marathons, and ultra marathons.
A two-time Ironman 70.3 finisher (1.9 km sea swim + 90 km cycling + 21.1 km running), Mehak leads by example, showing what dedication and discipline can achieve.

Raj Kumar Das is a Certified and experienced fitness trainer with a strong focus on strength training and Pilates, complemented by a foundation in dance. He specializes in helping clients build functional strength, improve posture, enhance core stability, and increase flexibility through structured, evidence-based programs. With a deep understanding of human movement, he integrates Pilates techniques for alignment and injury prevention, and progressive strength training for muscle development, endurance, and overall physical conditioning..
Raj is also a versatile and experienced dance artist based in New Delhi, trained under The Danceworx Performing Arts Company (Artistic Director: Ashley Lobo) since 2013. Skilled in Bollywood, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Ballet, Contact and Ensemble Improvisation, he also brings expertise in choreography, stilt walking, Pilates, and Horton technique.. Raj has attended workshops with renowned international artists, including Johannes Boeing, Cristian Faxola, and Yoko Harda, and remains committed to evolving as both a performer and educator in dance. His dance background adds creativity and fluidity to sessions, making workouts engaging and effective.
Monika Khera is a passionate, motivational, and enthusiastic Pilates and strength training coach at CAF – The Wellness Hub. She specializes in both group classes and one-on-one personal training, with a focus on guiding and inspiring clients to reach their fitness goals.
